Returns & Eligibility:

Unopened, unused items in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Customers must notify us by email before returning any product.

Custom Blends:

All custom or made-to-order blends are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, as they are created specifically for individual wellness needs.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
